Plan International is seeking to fill the role of Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health (ASRH) Specialist.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice for ASRH activities that support outcomes that contribute to girls in school
- Strengthen capacity for comprehensive sexual education and ASRH access to ensure the effective implementation of AGE interventions
- Develop strategies for youth ASRH to produce highly effective programmes that measure success in terms of impact on student learning outcomes
- Identify issues related to professional learning and curriculum implementation around ASHR with regard to comprehensive sexual education
- Ensure comprehensive sexuality education programmes are of professional quality by sharing successes and challenges, remaining open to feedback and applying new learning
- Provide technical direction related to policies, training, and teaching methodologies around areas of ASRH
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field and seven years, minimum, of related programme experience
- Five years, minimum, of experience in developing health promotion and prevention outreach activities
- Work experience in handling social and behaviour change of sexual reproduction and health rights
- Experience in working and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, such as local partners, government officials and donor representatives
- Work experience in Mozambique or East Africa
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
