Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls.
Responsibilities
- Identify all the Plan International Cameroon existing physical assets
- Update the assets register, determine the status of the assets
- Ensure data entry consistency using the LOGEMA asset management software
- Prepare comprehensive report highlighting weaknesses and make appropriate recommendations
Requirements
- First degree in Management Sciences or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of, and written and oral communication skills in, English or French
- Proficiency in using computer and relevant computer applications, e.g., Excel, Word, web-based system
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadline (desirable)
- Robust analytical skills and ability to work with tact, sensitivity and diplomacy (desirable)
- Ability to adapt quickly to change (desirable)
