Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for users
- Manage and administer local I.T. infrastructure and corporate systems under the direction of the I.T. officer
- Provide support in I.T. operational plans, security and access control for data and network devices
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
- Proven ability and experience in setting up LANs and telecommunication networks
- Experience in supporting and management of LANs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Server Administration and Windows
- Experience with Microsoft O365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
