Plan International is seeking to fill the position of Health Advisor.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical leadership/support to all team members and project partners in the delivery of all health-related projects and project components at Plan International
- Provide strategic leadership in health programmes and ensure quality and effectiveness of Plan International’s health and nutrition projects in development and emergency response
- Strengthen the country office’s overall capacity to be prepared for and respond to health programmes in accordance with the organisation’s principles and practices
- Support the development, implementation and periodic review of all health components of the project, including engagement with broad range of project stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in Medicine or health-related field
- Advanced degree in a relevant health field will be an added advantage
- Four years, minimum, of experience providing technical support to health projects in Nigeria
- Experience in the development of proposals
