Responsibilities
- Review local travel advances requisitions
- Review project advances
- Review air ticket payment
- Review vehicle rental payments
- Review DHL payments
- Review hotel and related payments
- Review purchase and work orders
- Review petty cash replenishments
- Review monthly staff outstanding payment and communicate to payroll team
Requirements
- BA degree in Accounting
- Three years, minimum, of relevant work experience
- Relevant professional experience
- Sound analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to influence others’ behaviour through effective relationship building through current knowledge and understanding of relevant policies, frameworks, etc
- In-depth knowledge of project processes, procedures, and systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience
- Fluency in English language
- Knowledge of local languages (desirable)
