Palladium is seeking to fill the position of Social Protection Performance Analyst.

Palladium is a child-safe organisation that works with foundations, investors, governments, corporations, communities and civil society organisations to formulate strategies and implement solutions that generate lasting social, environmental and financial benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Support the process of programme design
  • Contribute to the development of activity and results-based contracts and payment models
  • Support country entity staff to adapt their management information systems and ensure alignment with national HMIS where relevant
  • Monitor and analyse data from results-based contracts
  • Support the identification of data capture systems and define monitoring and evaluation process and plan (with the local contracting entity)
  • Support project planning and management
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation
  • Develop and implement systems to deliver high quality and performance
  • Contribute to a constant cycle of evaluation and learning and feedback to the GF PSE, GF country teams, country government and partners on progress and lessons

Requirements

  • Experience in managing social development programmes
  • Experience in designing and delivering monitoring and evaluation frameworks and using data for decision making
  • Social development work experience in Nigeria
  • Proven track record of delivering programme outputs, including producing high-quality written content (e.g., reports, technical or operational guidelines, etc.), and achieving desired results
  • Track record of coordinating team members and consultants
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience in implementing Global Fund programmes (desirable)
