• Contribute to the implementation of the organisation’s new business strategy, supporting its approach to new clients, and expansion into new markets
• Analyse and position the organisation for new opportunities, pursuing and developing prequalification documents, and developing high quality technical, innovational and commercial proposals for new business
• Feed into pipeline reporting to monitor progress against targets and contribute to forecasting
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with clients, partners, consultants and other stakeholders across the organisation’s global teams and contribute to the formation and development of meaningful partnerships

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to support and drive new business growth in sub-Saharan Africa
• Experience in analysing and positioning for new opportunities and engaging with diverse stakeholders globally
• Proven experience in proactively managing high-quality programme design and proposal development (both technical and commercial), with a focus on innovation
• Knowledge of the international development and/or global health landscape and fluency in a second language (especially French) is desirable
