Multiple Sclerosis International Federation (MSIF) has announced a call for applications for the 2021 McDonald Fellowships.
The fellowships enable early career multiple sclerosis (MS) researchers from low- and middle-income countries to work in a research institution outside of their own country.
MS is one of the most common diseases of the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord).
Benefits
- Researcher will receive a two-year grant, around £30,000 per year, to cover travel and living costs
Eligibility
- Open to postgraduate degree holders in areas relevant to multiple sclerosis
- Applicants must be citizens of a low- or middle-income country as defined by the World Bank
- Applicants’ research focus must be relevant to multiple sclerosis
