Future Africa Forum is seeking to fill the role of Strategy Consulting Manager.
Future Africa Forum is a platform for thought leadership that consults with organisations building a better Africa.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver client engagements within an agreed budget, timelines and quality standards
- Pursue new opportunities by conducting client pitches
- Delegate and supervise tasks across projects and workstreams
- Coach and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field
- MBA will be a plus
- Four years, minimum, of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, ideally with an international development outfit or a social impact entity
- Two years, minimum, of project leadership experience with a significant supervision role in diverse teams
- Excellent writing and communication skills and experience presenting complex information in a variety of formats and styles for different audiences
- Ability to perform in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, including identifying and converting new partnerships and opportunities
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders in diverse organisational environments
