The Family Health International (FHI 360) is seeking to fill the role of Grants Manager.
FHI 360 delivers sustainable, high-quality, comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, care and support services.
Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, compile and file all documents related to open grants
- Establish the grant management policy and development of the grant programme to be applied for each initiative
- Ensure the efficient allocation of grant funds and the coordination of the implementation of grant programmes
- Conduct field visits to support the training of grantees
- Ensure deadlines for financial and narrative reports from recipients and USAID requests are met
- Coordinate the financial aspects with the project finance manager
Requirements
- Bac+4 in Finance and Management or a similar qualification
- Five years, minimum, of experience working in multiple grant management programmes, with USAID experience preferred, or similar experience with another donor or non-governmental organisation
- Experience in the Middle East and/or North Africa, preferably in Morocco
- Knowledge of U.S. government rules and regulations regarding grants and contracts
- Excellent ability to communicate in French, Arabic and English (spoken and in writing)
