The Family Health International (FHI 360) is seeking to fill the role of Grants Manager.

FHI 360 delivers sustainable, high-quality, comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, care and support services.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, compile and file all documents related to open grants
  • Establish the grant management policy and development of the grant programme to be applied for each initiative
  • Ensure the efficient allocation of grant funds and the coordination of the implementation of grant programmes
  • Conduct field visits to support the training of grantees
  • Ensure deadlines for financial and narrative reports from recipients and USAID requests are met
  • Coordinate the financial aspects with the project finance manager

Requirements

  • Bac+4 in Finance and Management or a similar qualification
  • Five years, minimum, of experience working in multiple grant management programmes, with USAID experience preferred, or similar experience with another donor or non-governmental organisation
  • Experience in the Middle East and/or North Africa, preferably in Morocco
  • Knowledge of U.S. government rules and regulations regarding grants and contracts
  • Excellent ability to communicate in French, Arabic and English (spoken and in writing)
