The Conflict Research Society (CRS) has opened applications for the Sydney Bailey Fund.
The Sydney Bailey Fund provides support for world-class peace and conflict research.
Benefits
- Research support grant of £1,000
- Financial support to PhD researchers who are working on dissertation projects related to peace and conflict studies
- Selected awardee will be given the opportunity to present their research at the CRS annual September conference
Eligibility
- Open to PhD students of all nationalities
- Applicant must not already have funding from their home institution or other external sources (Preference will be given to candidates who have previously participated in a CRS conference or event)
- Research activities must be related to the student’s dissertation, such as travel for fieldwork or assistance with data collection
