The British American Tobacco Nigeria Foundation (BATN Foundation) has opened applications for the 2022 Farmers for the Future (F4F) Grant.
The agricultural entrepreneurship grant is designed to support young people with viable agri-business with equity-free capital and other associated support they may require to scale their businesses.
Benefits
- Three winners will receive N16 million in cash and business
- Linkage to financial institutions and investors for follow-on financing and/or credit facilities
- Winners will get technical support to establish their agribusiness
- Participation in an intensive ‘Think-through-your-business’ boot camp
- Mentoring
- Membership of the F4F alumni network
- Participation in other partner-drive training programmes
- Support with business registration and other legal regulatory requirements
Eligibility
- Open to businesses in and around the agricultural sector
- Open to all active corps members, specifically, corps members of batch 20 A, with at most three months remaining to the completion of their service year
- Businesses of all stages, whether they are at the prototype/testing stage or even post-revenue stage, are welcome to apply
