Andela, in partnership with the Ministry of ICT in Rwanda, has announced a call for application for the Technical Leadership Programme (StackUp) Cohort Seven.
The aim of this programme is to empower Rwandans with the prerequisite software engineering skills to become world-class engineers.

Eligibility
