The programme is designed to nurture young transformative female leaders who hold equality and justice at heart.

The programme is also designed to build the capacity of heads of women/girls’ rights organisations to engage in transformative leadership

Eligibility

• Open to a young woman leader who believes in feminism and leading an organisation in Kenya, Rwanda, or Tanzania
• Have a primary focus in advancing women’s and girls’ rights
• The young executive directors of women’s or girls’ rights organisations must be 35 years old and below
