Afreximbank has announced a call for applications for its internship programme 2026.

The programme is designed to help interns build practical skills, gain industry knowledge, and make meaningful contributions to the bank’s mission to boost trade across the continent.

Benefits

• Participants will receive a monthly stipend
• Travel costs will be covered

Eligibility

• Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students in relevant fields
• African nationals or individuals of African descent in the diaspora
• Fluency in English or French
• Additional languages like Arabic or Portuguese will be a plus
• Applicants must be between the ages of 20 and 32
• Children of Afreximbank staff are not eligible
