The African Development Bank (AfDB) has opened applications for the entrepreneurship support organisation (ESO360) Programme.
ESO360 is an initiative of the AfDB Innovation Lab, and is implemented by The Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Common Good Company and VC4A.
Benefits

- Strengthen and improve entrepreneurship support and BDS services and skills
- Certification provided by Frankfurt School of Finance and Management
- Assess strengths and capacities in organisation sustainability, communications and fundraising
- Leverage the Hub Collective to develop own growth plan to boost ESO’s communications and fundraising preparedness and capacities
- Gain practical experience and best practices through tailored support and active engagement with other ESOs
- Use top business courses of the VC4A Startup Academy for blended learning sessions within startup support programmes
- Get access to VC4A application and selection tools to manage venture pipeline in a smart way
Eligibility
- Open to applicant based in Ivory Coast, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria or South Africa
- At least two years of business activities and audited accounts
- Organisation must have grown to a team of five or more full-time personnel (including founders)
- Organisation must have completed at least two incubation/acceleration programmes
- At least one member of the organisation’s executive team must be available to participate in virtual training between April and June 2022
